Valideçeşme Business Center, which we built in Maçka located on the European side of the Bosphorus as is one of the most distinguished districts of the city, is on Akaretler Street, which attracts attention with its historical and touristic background.

Akaretler Street, where the first state houses of the Ottoman period were located, is one of the most popular streets of the city, where history and contemporary life are intertwined by protecting the Ottoman cultural heritage with world-famous stores and food and beverage brands operated after years of diligent restoration and renovation works.

Valideçeşme Business Center is located in a very lively and crowded business and residential area adjacent to Nişantaşı, Maçka and Vişnezade districts of Istanbul. This region, which has stores, art galleries and popular restaurants of international brands, is one of the busiest and most important points of Istanbul for domestic and foreign tourists.

Valideçeşme Business Center, which was built by Badur Gayrimenkul Geliştirme İnşaat ve Yatırım A.Ş., is located across Valideçeşme fountain which was built in 1839by Bezmiâlem Valide Sultan, mother of 31st Ottoman Sultan Abdulmejid I.

The building is a business center equipped with contemporary building systems, preserves the historical texture of the region with its wooden bay windowed historical artwork side, representing the new modern face of Beşiktaş. The floors in the building, which is built to have a total closed area of 1570 m², including 155 m² floor area, 3 basements and 7 normal floors, are designed in a way it can be used as detached or for multi-purpose use.
