We are implementing our logistics area and warehouse investments, which are rapidly underway and will have a total indoor area of 22,000 square meters, within the Badur Logistics, in Çatalca, which is the center of giant investments such as the developing western axis of Istanbul, the third Airport, and the Canal Istanbul, and in the Çorlu region, which is next to Istanbul.
Our project, which is located in the Çorlu region, next to Çorlu Emlak Konutları and planned as a logistics area, will be implemented in 2024 and will have an indoor area of 10,000 square meters. The construction of our qualified warehouse project, which will have a total indoor area of 12,000 square meters in the Çatalca region, is planned to be initiated in the first quarter of 2025.
In addition to the railway connections with both ports on the Black Sea and Marmara Sea coasts of both projects, the connection of our Çatalca project to Istanbul Airport and the proximity of our Çorlu project to Arnavutköy, the rapidly developing new industrial area of Istanbul, are the prominent factors. In the near future, our new project planning processes shall continue in the region, which will host Türkiye's rapidly developing industrial investments.
