Badur Boğaziçi Evleri

Our project, located in Beşiktaş district of Istanbul on the way to Boğaziçi University, has one of the most beautiful and central locations of Etiler. Built on a 22.000 m² plot in 2008, Badur Bosphorus Houses is a housing project with residence comfort, 800 meters from Akmerkez Shopping Center and only 15 minutes walk from Bebek beach. Another advantage of Badur Bosphorus Houses is that is just 1 km away from Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridge and 5 km to Bosphorus bridge.

Our 12-block site consists of 120 apartments, 24 of which are 5+1 (284 m² gross) Garden Duplex, 24 of which are 5+1 (284 m² gross) Roof Duplex, 72 of which are 4+1 (187 m² gross) normal apartments.

Total construction area is 35.000 m² with social facilities. The residence area of the blocks is 3500 m², and 18.500 m² of our site consists of in-site roads and green areas. There are 6 outdoor pools on our site; there is one swimming pool for each two blocks in order to provide a hygienic environment for the residents.

In Badur Bosphorus Houses, each apartment has a 10 m² warehouse and an indoor parking space for 2 vehicles; there is also a valet service in the garages. Cleaning personnel responsible for the blocks are at the disposal of the flat owners.

Site security is ensured 24/7 with a centrally managed closed circuit security system consisting of 45 cameras.

Since the Badur Bosphorus Houses, which were started to be constructed in 2006, are located in the 'Bosphorus Background View Influence Zone', it fulfilled all legal requirements and processes of the Bosphorus Zoning Directorate, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Beşiktaş Municipality and the Cultural and Natural Heritage Conservation Board, and completed the process in February 2008 by obtaining a Settlement License (Occupancy Permit Certificate).
